What single photo comes to mind that could illustrate a leadership effort?

 

I have long been fascinated by leadership efforts. In one instance, as shown above, I innovated a leadership object. The above picture shows an effort to improve a community by repurposing an item that was discarded, and repurposing it to serve as a pot for an indoor garden. To me, this photo best illustrates a leadership effort. It shows the creative mind that a good leader must have. Leaders must think of themselves, commonly, as "The first person to do something." This picture shows how I was the first person to do this type of campaign. I researched the idea extensively to know that it was indeed original. The closest thing to this idea is a "Little Free Community Garden." That garden, however, was fixed in one location. Moreover, that garden served the purpose of encouraging people to plant an outdoor garden, not an indoor one.
