What leadership style would you use to manage others?

In effect, this campaign on leadership is an attempt to manage others. It is an attempt to show others a way of living that supports, fosters, encourages reading and intellectual pursuits. A leadership style this campaign will model is the "Visionary" style. To that end, this campaign shares an ambitious vision for everyone. That vision is one in which people are reluctant to look at their phones. Instead, they think and romanticize the idea of adventuring. They romanticize the idea of getting out and reading. They have renewed interest in enjoying their home of North Dakota. They no longer say, "I can't wait to move somewhere else." This line will soon be replaced with, "I can't wait to go out and enjoy my next campsite in North Dokota."

In the model of the "Visionary" style of leadership, I cannot ignore the role that relationships play. I need to present frequently on my work to encourage meaningful conversations with others. I want every one of my followers to feel welcomed and cared for. When they are talking to me, interacting with me, following me on this "Travel Journal Project," I want everyone to think of themselves as family. Being part of the "Travel Journal Project" means being part of a family. One can learn more about the "Visionary" style of leadership by analyzing the helpful chart below:
